It is a significant, new, non-combination strategy for joining sheet and plate material. A turning round and hollow apparatus with a profiled test is taken care of into a butt joint between two braced work pieces, until the shoulder, which has a bigger measurement than the pin, contacts the outside of the work pieces. Titanium sheets were welded with variety of different boundaries that outcomes in various results and nature of joints, the FSW joint got by funnel shaped apparatus at 1000 rpm results a normal rigidity of 430MPa, same instrument at 1780 rpm came about a FSW joint with elasticity of 410Mpa. After the ductile testing results different example were tried with comparable qualities and the normal strength results demonstrated that fruitful joint can be made whenever set boundaries are determined correctly.
