The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of students' perceptions of teachers’ teaching skills and student learning motivation towards accounting learning activities of students of class XI IIS Senior High School 11 Makassar. This study used questionnaires and documentation as data collection techniques, and data analysis methods in this study were the Classical Assumption test, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, t-test, and F-test. The results of this study indicate that students’ perceptions of teacher teaching skills and students' motivation to learn partially and simultaneously have a significant effect on learning activities.
