| Abstract: | The main focus of this study are to compare Rational Methods with two IS Code Methods namely Working Stress Methods as per IRC: 21-2000 and Limit State Method as per IRC: 112-2011 to identify the Codal Provisions in different parameters such as Design Philosophy, Loading Safety Factors, Shear Forces, Moments Induced and Reinforcement required for each provision. This Compare the results for Bending Moments and Shear Forces of T-Beam Bridge carried out by Rational Method with IS Code Method and verify the manual calculations with 3D Model using Staad Pro V8i Software. |
