| Abstract: | This study mainly focuses on discussing in detail about the impact of welfare measures on job satisfaction of the employees at Abhinav Fabrics Private Limited. The main objective of this study is to identify the impact of labour welfare facilities towards job satisfaction of the employees and also aims to identify the relationship between welfare measures and job satisfaction of the employees. And by identify the areas to take timely correct action to improve the welfare and satisfaction of the employees. In this study, the research design chosen is descriptive in nature and the sampling technique used is convenient sampling. A sample of 120 respondents were chosen from the whole population. This research comprises of a structured questionnaire, which indicated the statements of welfare facilities provided and job satisfaction level of employees. The collected data is then analysed using SPSS software and various statistical tests were applied. Employees play an important role in the industrial production of the company. Employee benefits plays a major role for providing income and security. It also helps in finding out the employees relations between the management. They should be benefited by certain plans like pension plan, children education, Insurance etc. |
