Abstract: This paper represents an alert information about the health issues of the affected people to the healthcare management system, this system is mainly deployed in an android-based phone which is user friendly and can be easily accessed remotely. And it can be carried easily portable so our system is suitable for most of the people to get information quickly. With the help of the GPS and GSM network devices, the system can make sure about the location of the sick person where they are suffering from disease or health problem, they are in trouble and trigger the alert option. When the doctor or family members receives the alert message, they can immediately take measures to rescue the suffered people. It can also manage the health record of the affected person through the pressure sensor and the accelerometer is used to measure the physical activity of the affected person. In this we introduced to help the fall detection person with an immediate alert to the neighbor contacts and give live location and information about the affected people. On the fraction of time, neighbors can help the suffered person who is nearer. And in this application, we add the hospitals to help the sudden attacked people. The Ambulance will be sent to the attacked person’s location in a fraction of time. This application will be collecting the information of the affected persons through pressure sensor with accelerometer is implemented if they give pressure to the mobile it will be given a certain duration for the alert after that it will deliver the alert message to the emergency contacts and to the nearby hospital it will be sent. After that, they can give the first aid to the user and they give additional information to user emergency contacts. This concept is more helpful for the fall detection of peoples.
