Abstract: Concrete has become so popular as a construction material because of its unlimited opportunities for innovative applications, design and construction techniques. A vide range of materials have been used in concrete in order to enhance its various properties. Polyester fiber is one of those used in concrete in order to improve its certain properties like resistance to shrinkage cracks etc. In this case study Polyester fiber (Recron 3s) is being used with variable percentage of doses varies from 0%, 0.11%, 0.18%, 0.25% in Pavement Quality Concrete (PQC) of Flexural strength 4.5 Mpa. The present study is to analyze the effect of Recron 3s fiber on the flexural strength and compaction factor of PQC.
