Abstract: Abstract--- Acceptance sampling is related to the study of deciding about the acceptance or rejection of the particular lots based on their quality of the product. Dodge and Romig have given the definition of acceptance sampling as a major of statistical quality control. There are several Sampling plans, systems and schemes are developed for the requirement of the industry. The Quick Switching Systems has certain procedure that requires fewer samples to run a process at minimum cost. It reduces the defects level. Quick Switching Systems are estimate with single, double, multiple, chain and variable sampling plans and also MIL STD 105 E switching systems and concluded its benefits. This paper presents the Quick Switching Double Sampling System (QSDSS) when the fraction of non-conforming element is a fuzzy trapezoidal number and being modelled based on the fuzzy Binomial distribution. Operating Characteristic (OC) curves of the fuzzy system is like a ring having high and low bounds whose width depends on the uncertainty proportion parameter in the lot when that sample size and acceptance numbers is fixed. Tables are designed and numerical demonstration is given to explain the assurance of QSDSS for sample size tightening with fuzzy Binomial distribution with its OC curve.
