Retail sector in India has become the dynamic renovation and rapid growth in the past years. India has the greatest opportunity in the retail sector for the development of the economy. In retail sector the investment has been increased from all over the world, especially India has became the place for the investment in retail sector like Foreign Direct Investment (FDI).Retail infrastructure in India has become the steady growth in the construction and that are operated in the various cities as a shopping malls. Consumer buying behaviour has become the most important factor for every sector, Indian consumer has the dynamic change in their behaviour, taste, preference, motives, personality, attitudes, beliefs and values when they are making a purchase in the shopping malls. In this paper the significance to study the buying behaviour of the consumer in the shopping malls. The scope of the research is to find the buying behaviour of the respondents with regard to the expectation of the products and availability of service that are offered in the malls. Factors that are influencing the customer towards the purchase of products in the shopping malls. The sample size of 150 has been selected for the study. Simple Random Sampling method is used in the study. The study mainly focuses on the buying behaviour of consumers in the shopping malls and focuses on the future scope in the retail sector.
