Abstract: Nowadays we hear the buzz words like smart city, smart homes. To make the smart infrastructure we use the sensors or IoT (Internet of Things) are deployed and a network is created. Generally, these sensor devices are connected with wi-fi or Bluetooth. Due to this reason the consumption of energy is too much and looking at the limited availability of electricity there is demanded to use these devices with energy efficient methods. This includes the generally used aggregate technique in which we sum all the values and divide with the number of entries summed. This is very common method and it has weak security index due to which it has high risk of external security attack. In such methods the external attacker makes changes to the data collected and being send to the data server. To overcome this problem a continuous reconciliation of data with some known algorithm gives some extent of relief however that is not sufficient and that needs to be highlighted. In secure data reconciliation techniques, collecting data from all nodes or sensors is also a area of concern. Also, can say that, data in wire or data residing, both are highly prone to external attacker. To overcome some of the issues in system we are trying to propose some enhancements with continuous refining methodology by assigning some initial values estimated with some approximation. It will make the system sustainable to defeat the collusions
