Abstract:
This study focuses on the satisfaction of employees and measuring the job performance. Training and development is one of the factor that has impact on employee’s satisfaction and job performance. It studies the leadership qualities, working environment, relationship with the co-workers and employers. This study also analysis the satisfaction level of employees towards the rewards and recognition, which will have impact towards job performance. Employee’s satisfaction refers the satisfaction towards their job. Satisfaction covers to the basic needs of the employee and fulfil the employees expectations towards the company. Organization should concentrate to improve the job performance. Training and development of employee’s satisfaction of employee’s are two key components for the job performance. Research study rise to find relationship between the employee’s satisfaction and job performance. This study the influence of training and development of employee’s satisfaction and job performance is studied. The 120 questionnaire sample were distributed the employees. Simple random sampling techniques was used to data collection. The tools used for data analysis statistical package for social science (SPSS).Our study finding is visible positive impact of training and development and employees satisfaction and job performance. Training and development will conduct the higher employee’s satisfaction level in employees and they will fulfil their duties and responsibility with the best job performance.
