| Abstract: | This study examines the effect of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and Corporate Governance (GCG) information disclosure on Firm Value. This study uses secondary data obtained from the Indonesia Stock Exchange for manufacturing companies in the 2014-2017 period. The samples in this study were 27 manufacturing companies selected based on purposive sampling. The results of hypothesis testing prove that GCG practice variables and control variables have been able to explain corporate value. |
