| Abstract: | Six months after the announcement of a revival package for Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited, the government-owned telecom service provider still continues to bleed. 4G spectrum is not allotted, non-availability of the fund continues and timely payment of salary every month remains a pipe dream. BSNL is already lagging behind the private telecom service providers by 4 years, so far as the 4G technology is concerned. |
