Abstract:
The purpose of this research was to investigate the study on Emotional Intelligence of Secondary school students. In this Quantitative study, demographic questionnaire, the Emotional Intelligence scale (SCHUTTE), for this study was used. One fifty samples were chosen from Government, Government –aided and Private Schools in and around the Salem with randomized way allocated. The data were analysed using descriptive and inferential. Result exposed significant increase in Emotional Intelligence.
