Abstract:
Abstract: This clearly shows that the Organizational politics will influence the work environment and the organization’s environment is politically charged, the employees would face stress at their job leading to adverse impact on both employees and organization. The uniqueness of this research is that it is in the context of developing country and it will be of great interest to the organizational researchers. Organizational politics has been conceptualized as a source of stress and conflict in the work environment, with the potential for dysfunctional outcomes at both the individual and organizational level. It is a causal study; therefore both primary and secondary data have been used. Primary data is collected through structured self administered questionnaires.
