Abstract: Abstract: We are interested to estimate the population growth of China. Here we use available actual population growth of China since 1985 to 2015 and also use logistic model approach. We deduce an error equation on the trend of population growth of China.By using this we estimate population growth of China for the year 2016 and onwards. The time required for China to reach its carrying capacity is also discussed. This will provide a focus to the changing trends with respect to China’s population growth.
Keywords: Keywords: Population growth, Estimation of population, Future prediction, Logistic model.
